One problem I had once with a partner was that he was trying to impose on me a “maker’s schedule”: working in uninterrupted batches of work. While it makes a lot of sense when you are a programmer (coder), it doesn’t really make sense when you are on a “manager’s schedule”. And we had quite some shows on that
